I thought the course was very valuable for the basic concepts of acoustics in certain spaces. I think the course was a bit heavy on specific calculations of qualities of sound absorption and spacings of materials.

It would be helpful if the slides had more information on them that corresponded to important items noted and described in the audio. In addition, the case study portions could be shorter with more focus on the acoustic design solutions and benefits.

Very thorough information & examples, but it would have been more interesting with more images to go along with the information. Very useful to my practice & I may try some of these instead of typical 2 x 2 layin ceilings

As I work in this field now at 20 years. I find this subject come up on almost every job. Most of the time it is an after thought. but this course I believe shows the different options and provides some grounding to discuss with the "sound" consultant. Thanks,

very helpful piece on the acoustical characteristics of fiberglass, vs wood, vs felt vs metal.

One of my weaknesses in design is acoustics. This course packed a lot of information and ideas and I will be able to reference for future designs.

Good explanations of technical terms and units-of-measure as well as the design concepts at issue. Case studies were very relevant. A cut above the typical course of this nature. Thanks!
