I liked the course because it features multiple cladding options as opposed to just featuring one cladding material

A lot of continuing education is super entry level. I suppose you get what you pay for (free in this case), however some further depth would be beneficial. In this case, none of the products discussed pushed the boundaries of form or function in the slightest. I expected some discussion on unique products made for accommodating organic forms, irregular forms or products that would support advanced forms in locales where it is typically not economically feasible (the north). In regards to function, I expected windows or coatings that act or react in advanced ways to address multiple climate criteria at once (think Passive House). Thermally broken frames is pretty much the norm these days (at least in Canada).
For intermediate to advanced experience in architecture, a course like this would have been much more informative if it took a product like the thermally broken window, MCM, or pre-cast concrete, and gave a detailed case study on how they were used in an unexpected way.
